Friday photo: Brady Kannady first solo
1 min read

The moment: First solo
The pilot: Brady Kannady
The place: Clermont County Airport (I69), Batavia, OH
The aircraft: Cessna 172 Skyhawk
The memory: The feeling of lifting off the ground and soaring upwards much faster than I had gotten used to was addicting. The quietness inside of the loud cockpit, the lighter feeling of the aircraft, and the rush of adrenaline knowing that there was nobody else there to save you are all a huge part of the immense thrill of solo flight. It’s a huge checkpoint and most certainly an unforgettable one while furthering my aviation career.
